If not utilizing the provided transportation please arrive to the ceremony no later than 4:20PM.
Although we do not have a required dress code, our ceremony is planned to be held outdoors in a grassy area and the reception to follow will take place in an non-air conditioned open-air barn so please keep this is mind so you can dress accordingly.
We are looking forward to having our guests relax and enjoy an evening of celebration—our wedding will be an adult-only occasion, with the exception of children in the wedding party.
Please contact the groom or bride directly with any food allergies or restrictions that they may need to be aware of.
For guests that choose to drive, parking for the ceremony and reception will be available on-site at the venue. Vehicles are allowed to remain on premise overnight but must be removed no later than 10:00 AM the following morning.
Shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel located in St. Joseph, The Inn at Harbor Shores. The shuttle will depart from the hotel to the venue at 3:45 PM. The shuttle will have two departure times during and after the reception. The first shuttle will depart the venue and head back to the hotel at 9:15 PM. The second shuttle will depart the venue and head back to the hotel at approximately 10:30 PM.
