If there’s one thing Jim knows for certain (besides loving Colleen to death) is that Tim is the epitome of a loyal and dependable friend. These two got their start in their fraternity of Lambda Chi Alpha and really kicked their friendship in high gear when they both moved to Boston after college. Tim and Jim have cultivated a very versatile friendship over the years that always seems to be exactly what each other need.

Jen and Colleen met in 10th grade when Jen's family moved to Westborough, MA. They quickly became the best of friends during math class and have been inseparable ever since. Jen can always be counted on for her stellar advice, her wonderful humor, and her knack to make sure everyone feels included.

Jim and Jon met during 7th grade track. As their running shoes racked up miles on the track and trails over the years, the two of them put many, many miles on their friendship. Jim will always admire Jon's resilience and indomitable spirit, both in sport and life.

Jenna and Colleen met freshman year of college when they lived in the same dorm and joined the same sorority. Junior year they became roommates and they quickly bonded over their appreciation of a tidy roommate! From there, their friendship rooted and became a grounding force in Colleen's life.

Jim and Tom are fraternity brother turned travel buddies. They share a bond only found by surviving a week in a tiny yacht cabin together. Theirs is an easy friendship because of the similarities in their preferences and demeanor.

Erica and Colleen met several years ago when Erica first moved to Boston. A mutual friend of a friend invited them both to a party. Within 30 minutes Colleen and Erica quickly realized that they have the same type of humor and that they were meant to be lifelong friends!

Jim and Derek go way back, almost to the beginning. Derek is Jim’s younger brother and shared many formative moment growing up so close in age. At first glance, Derek and Jim, being an artist and an engineer respectively, may seem to come from completely different worlds, but continue to find through their adult years an increasing number of similarities in each other.

Carrie and Colleen met at the gym and quickly bonded over their mutual love of fitness. Colleen still misses her best gym buddy after Carrie moved to San Francisco 2 years ago. Carrie is also one half of the tater tot food festival duo!

Frank is another one of Jim's fraternity brothers and, while only overlapping in college a few years, really started to grow close when they both lived in Boston. Frank and Jim would often enjoy exploring the many bars and clubs Boston had to offer. After Frank and his wife Jess (the other half of the tater tot duo) moved to California, Jim and Frank make a concerted effort to hang out virtually online.

Allison and Colleen are cousins. Over the last several years, they have become wonderful friends while taking fun girl trips with Corinne and Anne (Allison's mom). One of Colleen's most exciting trips in her life so far was their girl trip to Paris!

Lorin is Colleen's oldest brother who lives in Oregon with his family. Colleen admires how naturally parenting is for Lorin, although it is no surprise seeing as he has a true passion for teaching and coaching high school students.

Grace is Jim’s younger sister and will begin her freshmen year at Ohio State this fall. Having watched her grow up from a far, Jim admires how multifaceted Grace has become between her academics, athleticism, and creativity. Nowadays, Jim counts down the days he can visit Grace for siblings weekend in college.
