Festive / Casual (Dress for the weather)

We are so excited to see everyone and would love to have more time to mingle and catch up this evening before our big day! We will be on the patio with reserved tables and utilizing the outside bar, but there is also an inside bar and restrooms inside if you choose to mingle in there. If weather should turn for the worse, we will shift inside. Food will be provided as well as drink tickets associated with our tab. There is usually a food truck on the patio area if you're interested in a different cuisine, however this, and any drinks outside of the tickets provided, will be outside of our tab. There is a free all day parking lot on the South side of The Barrel: "David Parking Lot". There is also street parking and various lots everywhere in town just a short walk away. We kindly ask you to RSVP for this event as well as our Ceremony/Reception no later than June 20th.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Come ready to dance and in what makes you feel your best! "semi-formal" / "dressy-casual" / "something you've been wanting to wear in your closest for a long time" - we're down!

We ask for this to be an adult-only event. For parking - unless you're also staying in the lodging on the property, you won't be able to use their lot. However, there is a church lot right by the property and a golf cart attendant to bring people over from there. Arrival for ceremony is at 4:00pm with Ceremony to start at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour and lawn games to immediately follow and tented reception will begin at 6:00pm. Please keep in mind, this part of Colorado is 7,500 ft. in elevation (well over a mile above sea level) and the sun can be very intense. Also, being in the Rockies, there is always a chance of rain. This will be an outdoor lawn ceremony and tented/lawn combo reception. All our gals - think a chunky heel or comfortable shoe! If you have a sheer sunscreen, that may come in handy as well! We will provide hand-held fans to cool down and clear umbrellas should there be rain during the ceremony portion. We kindly ask for your RSVP by June 20th!
