Question

What should we wear?

Answer

We ask that guests follow cocktail attire (dresses, tie-optional suits) and to not wear any shade of brown (and white of course). Any other colors are fair game! *updated in June*

What kind of food is being served?

Answer

We will have a variety of Southern classics set up in a buffet style for guests to enjoy. There will be tea, lemonade and water as well as a bar with beer and wine selections.

Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place in the same location. The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will take place indoors. Typically South Carolina ranges from 77 to 52 degrees in October. There will be heating/cooling to keep everyone comfortable, but the odds are it will be a nice temperature outside.

Your presence and support on this special day is all we ask! If you would like to give something extra we would appreciate any donations to our honeymoon or to help with the next steps of our life together. You can find our Funds on the registry page.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony (and plan some extra travel time!)

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside near the millpond and the reception will be held indoors. All at the same venue!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has on site parking. There are no handicap spaces, however the venue does have a shuttle to bring guests to and from the parking lot if needed!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

We will have a small selection of beer and wine for guests to enjoy. Please refrain from bringing extra drinks as everything needs to be served through the bartender.
