Our story isn't anything crazy or extravagant..we're pretty simple people and have been together since high school. It was long enough ago that Collan had his ears pierced and I didn't.. Yes they were fake diamonds and no I did not like them. He ultimately was too afraid to talk to me in the halls so our relationship started mainly via text. When he figured out that I wasn't as scary as I seemed he let me in and the rest was history. The years in between have not been easy as I'm finishing PA school and the distance and stress has tested us to say the least. We both have grown so much, not so much in different directions but rather together. We challenge each other and always strive to make each other better. I have not only fallen for him but I have fallen for his family. I truly won the jackpot when it comes to the Payne family. Our relationship is so much more than just us, our friends and family are a huge part of who we are together and who we will be in the future.
