Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is cocktail attire. For women this includes knee-length, midi, or tea-length cocktail dresses and jumpsuits; while men can opt for a suit and tie.

Ceremony arrival time?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:15 p.m. to the ceremony site located within the pine trees. Follow the signs from the parking lot to the ceremony location.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We ask you to join us in being fully present by putting away all your electronic devices. Please turn off phones and cameras until after the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful couple who are our photographers that will capture every moment. We wish you will enjoy our ceremony with us rather than through the lens of a camera.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking. As you turn into Sanaview Farms there is a gravel parking lot on the right-hand side. We are not providing a shuttle service, so please plan accordingly. There will be signs to help direct you to the ceremony location.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, but there is a weather contingency plan in-place (but cross your fingers for nice weather!). The cocktail hour and reception will mainly take place in the barn located on the property, but you may enjoy going outside on the farm grounds.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accomodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving kids at home so you can come celebrate with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will provide an open bar for festivities beginning after the ceremony. If you plan on drinking alcohol there will be a hand-stamp system in-place for the evening. Also, please bring your I.D. to verify your age if you plan to partake in drinking.

What is your wedding hashtag?

Answer

Our wedding hashtag is #PickedMyPickle. We will also provide QR code during the reception in which you can upload your photos you have taken. We’d love for you to tag us in your social media pics so we can look back on our wedding day through your eyes!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
