Both the wedding ceremony and the reception will be on the Foxwood House property. The ceremony will be held in the woods behind the house and the reception will be held in the courtyard.
We ask that you arrive an hour early so that everyone may be accounted for and we may begin the ceremony as planned.
RSVPs will be entirely on this website to mitigate any error or confusion that may arise.
Please RSVP by June 5th, 2020 so that we have a final headcount several months in advance.
The dress is cocktail attire. We ask that guests arrive in cocktail dresses, suit and tie, sport coats, or any attire of the same degree.
We do not have any rooms reserved so we recommend that if you are traveling, you visit the “travel” tab on the website to view available hotels, motels, KOAs, and Bed and Breakfasts in the area.
The owners of the lot across from the venue are kind enough to allow us to use their property for parking on the day of the event.
The short answer is yes, but if you plan on bringing another guest please contact Colin or Reagan personally to verify.
We would love to have your children celebrate with us! We will have coloring sheets and activities for our younger friends to keep them entertained throughout the celebration.
The ceremony and reception will both be taking place outdoors. Because of this, and Washington’s unpredictable weather, an umbrella might be a useful item to bring.
For dinner we will be serving a gluten free taco bar with vegan options. We understand that many of our guests have dietary restrictions and we want to accommodate those to the best of our ability.
The smoking of tobacco products is allowed outside of the ceremony and reception areas but cannabis is prohibited at this residence.
During our ceremony we kindly ask that cellphones be turned off and put away. We have the lovely Brittney Couture Photography capturing important moments during the ceremony and would hate for those pictures to be obstructed by guests with cell phones in hand. However, during the reception we greatly encourage photos to be taken and for guests to use the hashtag “#cradventurebegin” so that we can easily access them later!
We ask that guests leave the reception by 10pm to give our vendors adequate time to tear down and clean up.
Colin and Reagan would be happy to answer any further questions you may have. You can text or call us at 740-868-6526 (R) or 509-540-7557 (C). You can also email us at cradventurebegin@gmail.com
