When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, at Historic Acres of Hershey, located in Elizabethtown, PA. There will be a cocktail hour in between the ceremony and reception while the wedding party is doing photos.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. We ask that all guests please arrive at the venue by 4:00 pm at the latest.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see everybody dressed up! Our dress code will be semi-formal. Keeping with our vibe of Endless Summer, we encourage you to dress colorfully! We do ask that the women avoid wearing colors that the bride will be wearing (ie. whites, ivory, eggshell, cream, etc). The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting) with an indoor reception, so dress comfortably with the weather in mind.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, unfortunately, due to limited space, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will the wedding be unplugged?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that you silence your phones and refrain from taking photos. We would love for you to enjoy the moment and be present with us! We've hired an amazing photographer who will snap plenty of pictures during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you want. We can't wait to see them! There will be a QR code located on your tables where you can upload all pictures and videos to a shared album!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Duh!! You know we both love a party, so drinks are on us (and our cat, Beans)! Please be responsible and respectful of our venue! Please consider your after-party plans and designate a driver, or consider using a rideshare service

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Our venue offers plenty of parking for all guests. If you choose to drive, our venue does allow you to leave your car overnight if needed. Cars left overnight must be picked up by 12:00pm at the latest the following day. For those planning to enjoy cocktails, we recommend using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft to ensure a safe journey home!

We're so excited to celebrate with everyone in the "sweetest town on earth"! Please check out our "travel" page for more information on hotels in the area.
