Dress Code
Answer
Formal attire requested. Guests are encouraged to wear color, especially rich jewel tones like emerald, sapphire, ruby, or plum. Black and white are best avoided if possible. This is not a costume wedding, so please save your Michael Myers look for the after-party, which will be a costume party!

Costume After Party
Answer
The after-party is a full-on costume bash! Dress up in anything you want, spooky, silly, or totally over-the-top. Bathrooms at the venue are available if you want to transform into your alter ego and guests can also use the bridal suite to get ready. The wedding ends at 10 and the party begins right after, so we suggest a costume that is quick and easy to get into. There will also be a prize for the best costume, so bring your most hauntingly creative look!

Arrival Time

Guests may begin arriving at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive with enough time to be seated.

Indoors or Outdoors?

We’re planning for an outdoor wedding, weather permitting. If it looks like the weather won’t cooperate, we’ll either stay outside with a tent and heaters or move the celebration indoors. More details will come as the date gets closer, so stay tuned!

Travel & Parking

We don’t provide transportation to the venue. Uber or Lyft are your best options. Parking is available on-site, with a lot that accommodates about 80 vehicles, but it is not guaranteed. Valet may be available to help manage parking and ensure spaces are reserved for guests. Please allow extra parking time, as the venue is near downtown Salem during a busy time of year.

Hotel Accommodations

We don’t have a room block so you get to pick your own accommodations. Check out the Travel tab for hotel suggestions. Some are closer to the venue and a bit pricier, while others are further away and more budget-friendly. My advice is not to wait to book. The venue is right next to downtown Salem during the busiest season of the year, so rooms are filling up fast and prices go up the longer you wait. Book early and may the hotel gods be with you!

RSVP Instructions

RSVPs are online only and will open after invitations are sent out. You can find them under the RSVP tab on the website when it opens. If you have any issues, please contact Natalia or Colin. Out-of-town guests, make sure to book your hotel before RSVPing so you have somewhere to stay.

We’ll have an open bar until 8 PM. After that, it will switch to a cash bar, so pace yourselves and enjoy the night!
