We met during All-State Band when we were sophomores in high school and played together in the saxophone section. We did this each year until we ended up in the UD marching band together. Not long after, we were inseparable!

During a weekend trip home to Rehoboth, we were walking on the beach at night talking about graduation and passing the nursing boards. Colin said, "there's only one thing left to do," reached in his pocket, and got down on one knee. I was so shocked and immediately tried to hug him. Colin was just trying to get the ring on my finger before it fell in the sand! It was the easiest yes. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you at Bellevue!
