Schedule of events: 3:00 pm - Guests Arrival and parking Parking for guests will be on forest service road 100. Colin will be leading the procession to the ceremony location from the parking location and greeting guests at the meeting spot near parking. There will be signs guiding you to the meeting location as well as parking attendants to help guide as well. If you will not be attending the ceremony there will be signs guiding you to the reception location (Heidi and Tim's house) from the parking area. 3:30 pm - Ceremony procession to location, Colin leads The groom will lead the guests from the parking area meeting location to the ceremony location. This is a 30-45 minute walk, it is a dirt trail through the woods. There will be a "shuttle service" for those that cannot walk. 4:00 pm - Ceremony 4:30 pm - Ceremony recessional to Tim and Heidi's house 5:00 pm - Cocktail Hour 6:00 pm - Reception
