What should I expect on the big day?

Answer

We will be having a ceremony outside, followed by a mini cocktail session while the newlyweds get ready for the reception. During that time dinner will be set up and guest can cool off inside. We will then serve our meal, be entertained by speeches from the wedding party, and get the party started! Send off will be around 10:15pm.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00, we recommend you aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/Sunday best. Nothing too fancy, we still want everyone to be comfortable, but we would like everyone to look nice! Please avoid shades of white and denim.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request you to please RSVP no later than July 31st.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place in the outdoor courtyard, the rest of the evening will be hosted inside with the opportunity to travel back outside for games or fresh air. Fans will be supplied but please feel welcome to bring your own if you prefer!

Will it be an open bar?

Answer

Alcohol will be provided, but in a limited quantity. If you have a specific drink you prefer, please feel free to bring it.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones---we really do. However, due to many factors including space, we respectfully request no children. We are restricting the age to 14 and up. If we do not include your kid on the invite, please don't assume they are able to attend. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night with your significant other or enjoy a night out to yourself. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you are not allotted a plus one on the invite, please do not bring a plus one! Space is limited at the venue, and we are keeping it very intimate. Sharing the day with the people we know and love :)

Where should I stay if I am coming from out of town?

Answer

Because our homes are close to the venue, they will not be available for lodging as our wedding party will be using them day of/night before. We have a section on the website under "Travel" that includes two options for hotels. Also feel free to look at the many Airbnb's in the area.
