Meet our family & friends who will be joining us at the altar!

Steve Marcotte

Officiant

Steve Marcotte (known as "Pepere" to his favorite people) is Kiley's maternal grandfather and Colin's best friend. Pepere is a the quiet guy you sit next to at the party just to hear him make the funniest jokes under his breath. He is an incredible husband, father, and grandfather first, but he also enjoys writing (he's written multiple books!), wood & metal crafting, and making fun of Uncle Paul for being the wrong kind of engineer. He is one of the smartest people Kiley knows and she and Colin could not imagine their day without a few funny & sentimental words from the Pepster himself.

Elaine Marcotte

Flower Girl

Elaine, better known in the community as "Memere", is the lemon to Pepere's pepper. She is Kiley's maternal grandmother and 100% where Kiley gets her personality from. She is feisty, witty, and can hold her own in any crowd, all while being the most loving and reliable person in the family. Colin loves Memere, not only because he can always rely on her for a "you look so HANDSOME!" when he's feeling down, but also because she often reminds Kiley not to be a brat and says "I'm not scared of YOU!" (Colin very much is). Memere has been practicing her flower throwing skills since the engagement party and can't wait to strut her stuff down the runway - I mean aisle!

Amanda Pestorius

Ring Bearer

Amanda is the reason that Kiley & Colin are getting married! She has known Colin since before they can remember and Kiley since high school, where they worked together at Brookwood Animal Hospital. Amanda played wing man for Kiley (& Colin!) the night the two reunited at her birthday dinner and they have been together ever since. Kiley loves Amanda for always putting Colin in his place (as well as her brother Robbie) and for being a constant presence in her life for all these years. Colin refused to admit in writing that he loves Amanda in any capacity, but we all know he loves her like the little sister he never wanted. Kiley & Colin are so happy that Amanda has agreed to bear the rings, a symbolic gesture from the person who brought them back together in the first place!

Erin Levey

Maid of Honor

Erin is Kiley's older sister. At only 19 months apart, Kiley followed Erin everywhere she went from the time she was able to walk and has always remained in awe of her big sister. Throughout their lives, they have remained close, even now while living 1,800 miles apart. In true Irish twin fashion, Erin got engaged on April 14, and 79 days later, on July 2, Kiley was engaged, too! Kiley still holds resentment for the time Erin tried to drown her when she was 4.

Kim Lucier

Bridesmaid

Kim is Kiley's mother. If you know Kiley in any capacity, then you know Kim: through Kiley's stories about her mom, times spent with the two of them together, and just through the way Kiley is, always striving to be more like her mama. Kim has always been more than just Kiley's mom - she has also been her best friend since the moment she was born. They spend lots of time together: having sleepovers, going on lunch & dinner dates, spending hours a day on the phone, and even going on a cruise once, just the two of them. Kim tells it how it is, even going as far as telling Colin that he's funnier than her own daughter (clearly she can be wrong at times...). Kiley couldn't imagine not having her mother by her side at her wedding; Kim is the first person who loved Kiley and the one who always has her back, even when she's wrong (very rare occurrence, obviously).

Lindsey Lucier

Bridesmaid

Lindsey started out as Kiley's friend-of-a-friend in 2017, quickly became her best friend & roommate in 2018, and in 2024, she became her sister-in-law and a fellow Lucier! Kiley's favorite memories with her sister revolve around rainy days in the summer of 2019 sitting on their porch in Athens, aptly dubbed "porch time". Kiley has been so lucky to have someone who understands her so well without even having to say a word.

Claire Vincent

Bridesmaid

Claire was Kiley's best friend in high school from the first day at 6B lunch on August 8, 2011 and she is still one of the most important people in her life all these years later. The two girls have an unhealthy obsession with one another, even celebrating their "friend-iversary" every year. Kiley traveled to Florence, Italy in April 2024 to see Claire get married to her now husband, Josh! Kiley can't picture her day without the square to her rhombus by her side.

Emily Chase

Bridesmaid

Emily came into Kiley's life in December 2020 during a holiday party at a bar in downtown Athens (Kiley credits most of their friendship to dollar beer night at Cutter's and hot dogs at Mag's). Emily & Kiley spent nearly every day together those first few months and quickly became best friends. They both moved to Atlanta around the same time in 2021 and kept doing everything together, from attending music festivals to going on couples' trips to Chattanooga.

Mike Morin

Bridesman

Mike and Kiley were best friends before they even knew how to talk. Growing up, their families were close, so they spent almost every waking moment together until Kiley moved from Massachusetts to Georgia in 2008. Kiley & Mike remained friends despite the odds and travel back & forth to visit each other now that they're adults. Colin & Kiley can't wait to visit Mike at his new place in Arizona!

Aaron Thomas

Bridesman

Aaron became friends with Kiley the same night she met Emily! The three of them were inseparable in those early days and Kiley & Aaron even decided to live together in Atlanta in 2021, just a few months into knowing each other. It was a match made in heaven - they lived together for 2 years and, both sharing a flair for the dramatics, hosted tons of theme parties - everything from "80's in Aspen" to a "Funeral to Claire's Youth" for her 25th birthday party.

Zach Berent

Best Man

Zach is Colin’s younger brother who is just 22 months younger than him. The two brothers have a unique relationship with Zach having autism. Colin has always prioritized his relationship with his brother. When they were younger, Zach always wanted to be around Colin, whether it involved Colin throwing him into the pool, jumping on the trampoline together, or Zach simply watching his brother play basketball from the garage. Colin feels so lucky to get to have his little brother be a part of his wedding day.

Abel Alemayehu

Groomsman

Abel and Colin became really good friends senior year of high school. They are both hoop legends and track stars from the Brookwood Academy. The two went to separate colleges but always stayed in close contact, with Colin making frequent visits from Harvard to Georgia State. Abel is always one of the first people to comment and show his support whenever Kiley makes a social media post involving Colin. Abel was actually on a reality TV show where he singlehandedly boosted the ratings, despite production trying to do him dirty.

Thomas Dunlap

Groomsman

Thomas, or T, if you get the honor to call him that, were roommates when Colin and Kiley first began dating. The two had a content household with creative ideas such as "What's In T's Pockets" and "Clay's Surgical Death" (yes, they are almost 30). T is also the artist behind Colin's favorite song "Corner Store". Colin could not imagine T not being one of his groomsmen because with a wedding full of dramatic individuals he'll need a calming presence to keep the drama to a minimum.

Clay Harrington

Groomsman

Clay is one of Colin’s oldest friends. According to Colin, they have known each other “since the 3rd grade, but to be honest it could be the 2nd or even the 4th”. They became really good friends when they went to college at Kennesaw State (also known as the Harvard of the South). They simultaneously bonded and fought all the time over FIFA. These two were roommates when Colin and Kiley first started dating and Clay was quite excited to have Kiley take him away to Sandy Springs so Colin would stop barging into his room screaming the ABCs at 7 in the morning.

Samatar Hersi

Groomsman

Samatar met Colin in 10th grade science class with Mrs. Welch, but it wasn’t until 12th grade that they became close when they ran track together, played on multiple basketball teams, and had lots of classes together. The two have often been compared to Larry Bird and Magic Johnson on the basketball court and Colin considers Samatar the funniest person he knows.

Rob Jackson

Groomsman

Rob became friends with Colin during their freshman year at Kennesaw. Most people would say these two are one in the same. They both blurt out random things as soon as it comes to their mind and whenever they think something is funny, they will say it over & over again until everyone secretly resents them for it. They have been practically inseparable since the 13th grade when Colin says (until he met Kiley) was the best year of his life.

Joe Lucier

Groomsman

Joe is Colin’s future brother-in-law. They met (funny enough) at Joe and his now wife Lindsey’s engagement party. Colin, being 6’3” and devilishly handsome, had to kick down their apartment door that fateful night because Joe had misplaced his keys. These two have since bonded over Colin’s inability to put a fan together, golf (where they both hope to be good one day), and annoying Kiley and Lindsey by any means necessary. Colin is incredibly happy to have Joe as a brother.

Robbie Pestorius

Groomsman

Robbie is Colin’s oldest friend with the two having known each other since kindergarten. Robbie said he would not be apart of this day if Colin did not take the time to say “Robbie was an AR reading champ in Mrs. Shay’s 2nd grade class”. These two goofballs were once told they could not be in the same class in middle school because of their constant talking to each other. Though they are different, they both went to the same college, worked at Sherwin Williams, were roommates multiple times, and will always claim they are the best at everything.

Tyler Salinas

Groomsman

Tyler is another one of Colin’s lifelong friends. For this exercise, we will say they have known each other since the 1st grade when Tyler thought he was the cool kid for never sitting in his chair in class. It was not until senior year of high school that they became best friends. Colin would say he has talked to Tyler more than anyone over the past 10 years and considers Tyler to be a brother to him and someone he can bounce ideas off of. Colin cannot imagine his big day without Tyler by his side.
