The earlier the better! Early RSVPs really help us plan and lock in our headcount. While we would love to celebrate with everyone we love, we also know that attending a destination wedding is a big commitment and we completely understand if you're unable to make it.
Yes! We have reserved a room block at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort. Booking details and deadline will be available on the travel page in February.
We recommend booking your flights as soon as possible to secure the best rates. Hotel rooms within our room block are limited and may fill up quickly, so early booking is encouraged to guarantee availability.
Most guests plan to stay 3-5 nights, but you're welcome to extend your trip and enjoy the destination.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held directly on the beach! In the event of rain, (everyone say a prayer right now that this doesn't happen) the ceremony and reception will be held in the Ballroom at the resort.. but you can find me diving head first into the ocean with bricks tied to my feet.
Yes, beach formal! Think light, elegant, and beach appropriate. Lightweight suits or dress pants with a button-down for men; flowy long dresses or dressy cocktail attire for women. We recommend keeping the fabrics light and breathable and making sure your shoes are sand-friendly. We want you out on the dance floor, not down for the count from a twisted ankle!
Please refer to your invitation to see if a plus-one or children are included. Due to venue capacity, we're unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed.
Yes, all food allergies will be accounted for. And as you may have guessed, all the food served at our wedding will be nut-free. (cause having to rush the groom to the emergency room in the middle of our wedding would be quite the buzzkill)
