When should we RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP by September 5th, 2026! If we do not receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make an exceptions and will have to mark you as unable to attend. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, so we appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We'd love to include everyone but due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one they'll be specifically addressed in the RSVP ticket sent with the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding ♡

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you don't miss anything! This will also give you time to park, grab a refreshment, and sign the guestbook before finding your seat!

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! At your seat, you will receive one drink ticket to redeem at the bar for a free drink. We will have one beer, one wine, and two specialty cocktails available. Though it is not an open bar, we welcome guests to purchase any of the four options after redeeming their drink ticket.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
We have reserved a room block at the Madonna Inn for October 16th and 17th. In order to reserve a room for the room block you must call (805) 543-3000 and let them know you are booking under the 'Lopez Martinez / Coppock' party. You can look at the available rooms at www.madonnainn.com before making your choice.

I have a food allergy / dietary restriction. Can I make a special meal request?

Is there a registry / honeymoon fund?
Answer
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, if you should wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
