We're Getting Married!

We first met at LCBC, both newly attending a group for young adults. After getting to know each other during small groups, Colin had the amazing idea to ask Elizabeth to go mountain biking at Blue Marsh in the middle of winter. Elizabeth, being stubborn, said yes and took her beat up Trek bike, not knowing that Colin was much more advanced in the mountain biking department. We had a blast, even though we were covered in tons of mud, endured 30 mph wind, and some snow. Since that day, we have enjoyed many more adventures together. From multi-hour long phone calls, sunset conversations, jeeping, paddleboarding, Arizona, LA, and lots of beach trips, we quickly realized that we were blessed to have found each other and started thinking about a future together. One evening, Colin told Elizabeth that they were headed out to dinner. Hours before, Colin prepped an outdoor picnic at Blue Marsh, near where we chased one of our first sunsets together. After picking up a slightly suspicious Elizabeth, Colin got down on one knee and asked Elizabeth if she would marry him. She said YES! We feel so blessed that the Lord had our paths cross in this way, and are very grateful for the memories we've made so far. Looking forward to all that is to come, C & E
