We kindly ask that only children aged 13 and older attend the wedding ceremony and reception. However, younger children are welcome to join us at: 🌴 Welcome Dinner 🏖️ Knox & Chill (Sunday beach day) If you plan to bring your kids to either of these two events, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Thank you for understanding! If you choose to travel with younger children and still plan to attend the wedding, please ensure you have made proper childcare arrangements in advance. We will not be providing onsite childcare. You are responsible for arranging a babysitter or supervision during the wedding.

Answer

Only guests who were specifically invited with a plus-one will be able to bring one. If you do not see a plus-one listed on your invitation, then your RSVP is for you only. We love all your people, but due to space and planning constraints, we’re keeping the guest list tight. Thanks for understanding!

The dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is formal. Think: elegant gowns, cocktail dresses, suits, or tuxedos. For the Welcome Dinner, please dress to impress—dressy attire is encouraged. This is a celebration, not a casual night (no jeans please)! Think stylish dresses, jumpsuits, slacks and dress shirts, or blazers—but no shorts, flip-flops, or beachwear, please. For Knox & Chill (Sunday beach day), come as you are—bathing suits, coverups, sandals, and good vibes only.

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttle transportation between the wedding venue and both Half Moon and Hyatt Zilara/Ziva Rose Hall throughout the night. Shuttles will run to and from the venues during the evening to make it easy (and safe!) for everyone to enjoy the celebration worry-free. The exact shuttle schedule and frequency will be shared closer to the date. No need to worry about parking or taxis—just bring your dancing shoes!

Please book your flights into Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay, Jamaica. MBJ is the closest and most convenient airport to both Half Moon and Hyatt Zilara/Ziva Rose Hall—just a 10 to 15-minute drive away. Airport transportation details are available in the FAQs above for both hotels. We recommend booking flights early to secure the best options!

Yes! For guests staying at Half Moon, round-trip airport shuttle service is available to and from Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay. Cost: $25.00 USD per person (Charged directly to your room account) Provider: Jamaica Tours Limited (authorized Half Moon ground handler) To ensure a smooth pickup and drop-off, please provide your arrival and departure flight information (airline, flight number, and time). If your flight info is available at the time of booking, you can enter it in the “Requests” section of your reservation. If you get it later, please email it to: 📧 groupreservations@halfmoon.com (Please make sure to send it prior to arrival.) Providing your flight details helps Half Moon and Jamaica Tours coordinate all logistics for your arrival and departure seamlessly.

Yes! Half Moon offers beautiful Four-Bedroom Estate Ocean Suites, perfect for groups or families wanting to stay together. However, these suites require a special booking form and cannot be reserved through the standard hotel booking link. Guests not staying at Half Moon are absolutely welcome to join us for Knox & Chill on Sunday! However, please note that Half Moon requires a day pass fee of $80 USD per person for outside guests. This fee grants access to the resort’s beach, pool, and amenities for the day. The charge is paid directly to Half Moon upon arrival.
