What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony for parking, a welcome drink and to find your seat!
Question
Has a hotel block been arranged and will transportation be provided?
Answer
Please see the "TRAVEL" tab on our wedding website for hotel information and how to book your accommodations! There will be a shuttle service running for those that are booked with the hotel block to/from the hotel and venue. More information to come on the shuttle times. Please make sure you book through the link on the hotel tab or via phone in order to use the shuttle. The Park Savoy offers free complimentary valet parking if you choose to drive. We encourage our guests to book within our room block for the free shuttle or to consider taking a car service (Uber/Lyft) so you can enjoy the night!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
To enhance the elegance of our special day, we are requesting formal attire for the evening. Please no denim, shorts, flip flops or sneakers. Please reserve the color white/ivory for the bride and our wedding party will be wearing blue! Men: Suit/Tux/Dress pants and suit jacket Women: Formal dresses or pantsuit

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held indoors in the on-site chapel. Cocktail hour with be set up indoor and outdoor, followed by the reception indoors. There will be outdoor access throughout the whole night!

Can I take photos/videos during the cermony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you turn off all phones, cameras, and other devices during our ceremony. We’ve hired professional photographers and videographers to capture every special moment, and we’d love for you to just relax and be fully present with us as we say “I do.” Thank you for understanding and helping us create an intimate, distraction-free space for this part of our day. Don’t worry, we’ll share the beautiful photos and videos with you after!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
While we would love to invite everyone we know with a guest, to ensure an intimate and memorable occasion, we can only accommodate those specifically named on the invitation. We sincerely appreciate your understanding!

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" so we can plan accordingly. We will miss you dearly, but we certainly understand! If you have already RSVP'd that you will be attending, but find out you can no longer make it, please reach out to us as soon as possible!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Would it be a wedding without one? The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. Our amazing bartenders will be serving up drinks all night, so feel free to bring cash to show them some love with tips. We kindly ask all guests to celebrate responsibly and encourage you to book a room in our hotel block to make the most of the evening!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions?
Answer
Yes - all meal orders will be taken table side. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let your server know when ordering!
