Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/ black tie optional! We want everyone to be expressive and have fun with their looks for the night. TIP: Guests will be walking in grass throughout the night, take this into account when choosing heel shapes/sizes!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will promptly start at 5 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45 pm. We will have champagne for our guests upon arrival.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that you don't bring anyone that is not listed on your invitation, this includes children.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

You can find our hotel recommendations under the "Travel" header. It will be noted if we have reserved a block.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by 5/1.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on site for your convenience. Upon arrival, you may pull around the circle to drop off any guests that may have walking limitations.

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property of the Meshewa House.

Can I leave my car on the premises overnight?

Answer

NO. The venue is CLOSED on Sundays. ALL CARS must be removed at the end of the wedding.

What happens in the event of rain?

Answer

Please bring a CLEAR UMBRELLA to use if there is rain. The ceremony will be outside unless we have heavy rain. Clear umbrellas will be allowed for use during the ceremony.
