We're delighted to have family and friends from near and far coming to our wedding. To help you find accommodations, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms from July 10 to July 14. If you wish to book a room at a special group rate that we've negotiated on your behalf, visit their website or call before June 10, 2025 to ensure you have a place to stay, as space is limited. The Kwa'lilas Hotel is where our reception will be held. It is located in town and is walking distance to most things in town.

This is our local airport, you can fly direct from Vancouver to Port Hardy in just over an hour with Pacific Coastal Airlines.

Comox Valley Airport

The Comox Airport is the closest airport with multiple flights daily serviced by Air Canada or Westjet. Port Hardy is a 3 hour drive on Highway 19 from the Comox Airport. Car rentals are available.

Driving to Port Hardy from Vancouver

From Vancouver you can cross to Nanaimo via BC Ferries Horseshoe Bay-Departure Bay crossing or the Tsawwassen-Duke Point crossing. From Nanaimo, take Highway 19 north to Port Hardy (4 hour drive).
