FAQs

If you have any other question other than the ones listed here, please reach out to us via email, cbbrengman@gmail.com.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by March 30, 2025 either using the response card included in your invitation or the RSVP tab on our website. If we do not receive an RSVP by the date stated above, we will assume you are regretfully declining our invitation.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. Please be there no later than 4:40pm to ensure you will be present for the ceremony. If you are running late we ask that you wait and join us at the cocktail hour as to not cause an disturbance during the ceremony (don't worry the ceremony won't be too long and you will still be able to celebrate with us).

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, you are able to make note of any special food requests on your RSVP. If you choose to use the RSVP included in the invitation, please either make note on the RSVP or reach out to us via email (cbbrengman@gmail.com) and let us know what accommodations you will need. If using the online RSVP, there will be a question regarding any food allergies, but you are still welcome to reach out via email if you have any further concerns.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately our wedding is kid free. As much as we would love to see your little ones, we were not able to accommodate everyone's children. A childcare company called Little Wedding Crashers is a great option to arrange childcare for the wedding. They can watch your children at your hotel or Air bnb. Their number is 951-663-7135 and their website is https://www.littleweddingscrashers.com/.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to having limited space for guests, we were not able to accommodate a plus one for all of our guests. It will be indicated on your invitation and RSVP whether we were able to accommodate a plus one.

Question

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so pick a seat not a side because you are loved by both the groom and the bride. Some seats will have "reserved" on them for immediate family. For the reception, a seating chart will be posted at the entry of the reception space with table assignments. Once you find your assigned table you are welcome to sit in any seat at that table.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors and umbrellas will be provided if weather chooses to not cooperate. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors and feel free to explore the venue in all its beauty. The reception will be held in a covered pavilion where there will be lots of room to dance.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There's a large event happening in Fort Collins the same timeframe as the wedding, so there is limited availability when comes to hotels. We are unable to get a hotel block due to this. We suggest you book hotel rooms early if you are planning on staying in Fort Collins. Airbnbs are also a great option for groups that may be traveling together.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Tapestry House where there will be parking on site.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift to?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to gift us something, our registry tab is located at the top of this website. Gifts bought using the registry on our website will ship directly to our house. You may also bring the gift to the wedding if you choose, there will be a space designated for them.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We have chosen to provide our guests with an open bar. We want everyone to have fun, but we ask that you please drink responsibly and designate a sober driver for the end of the night. We love all of our guests dearly and want everyone to be safe.
