The venue will open for guests at 4:00 p.m., and we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 4:20 p.m. to allow time for parking and to find your seat. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. and the reception will immediately follow.
Yes! A shuttle will be available from GrandStay Hotel & Suites Mount Horeb to the venue. The shuttle can accommodate 14 guests per trip and it is first-come, first-served. A shuttle will be departing the hotel at 3:30 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. The shuttle will resume trips starting at 9:30 p.m. and will run continuously through the evening to take guests back to the hotel.
Dress to impress in your best formal or cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.
We've chosen to have an unplugged ceremony and kindly request all guests put away their phones and devices once the processional begins. This will allow our professional photographers to capture unobstructed memories of our wedding day.
Our venue offers complimentary parking for all guests. You're welcome to leave your vehicle overnight and are simply asked to retrieve it by 9 a.m. the next morning.

All wedding festivities will be adult-only. We respectfully request no children at our wedding, with the exception of our nieces and nephews who are part of the wedding party.
Guests are limited to the adults specifically listed on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP on the website.
