bike ride along the Timpoochee Trail!

This 18.6-mile trail winds past dune lakes and state parks and beach access points through several charming beach neighborhoods. The trail parallels the entire length of Scenic Highway 30A from Dune Allen to Inlet Beach and is safe, wide, and relatively flat. Rental bikes are available from several shops along the length of the trail. You can rent bikes by the day or rent them for multiple days! Some company’s will deliver the bikes to your condo/airbnb! I’ll provide some info links and a link to a bike rental company that does free delivery. https://seasidebeachfrontcondos.com/30a-bike-path/ https://www.visitsouthwalton.com/blog/a-guide-to-the-timpoochee-trail/ https://www.mybikerental.net

explore the beach towns along 30A!

Blue mountain beach - one of the most laid back communities of 30a, known for paddle boarding at the dune lakes, homemade ice cream at blue mtn beach creamery, seafood and live music at Local Catch, & tacos at the Red Fish Taco. Grayton beach - the first community established on 30A, very laid back, home to the grayton beach state park with coastal dune lakes & trails. Santa Rosa beach - my co worker at work raves about a little restaurant called “South of Philly”! He used to be a local there! Alys beach- Known for their Greece like feel of white buildings! Fun fact- It’s a requirement that every building is white! Rosemary beach - known for their European/Dutch inspired architecture. Grab a drink at the famous Pearl hotel at the Havana beach bar on the rooftop! The 3rd cup coffee shop has great reviews! The donut hole also looks so yummy. Rosemary also has a farmers market Sundays year-round at Barrett Square from 9am – 1pm.

other activities

You can’t go wrong with beaching it your whole stay! Grab some subs from Publix and enjoy a beach day. This is what Marisa and Cole tend to do! However there’s some other activities that could be fun such as a dolphin cruise, fishing charters, kayaks or paddle boards rentals!
