All wedding festivities will be at The Vale in Conroe, Texas. Conroe is located roughly 45 minutes north of Houston. Address: 200 E Phillips St, Conroe, TX 77301
All wedding events are located in the same venue, allowing for an easy 30 second walk through the gardens to each location.
The easiest way to get to the venue is to drive or carpool with another guest. More details on available shuttles from nearby resorts is coming soon.
The Vale offers free parking for guests in a private lot located across the street from the front entrance of the venue. Signage and Parking Assistants will be present on site the day of the wedding to provide assistance for all guests.
Both the Ceremony and the Reception will be indoors at the Vale in their luxury (air conditioned) chapel and reception hall. The cocktail hour will take place outside in the Vale’s pavilion patio and garden.
Conroe, and the greater Houston Area, has many hotels and resorts available for guests. Please see our Travel page for more information.

Our wedding takes place in a dark, formal venue, so we ask that all guests wear High Formal or Black Tie Optional attire. Essentially: dress to impress! We dare you to try to outshine the bride 😉 Outfits may include: formal cocktail dresses, pantsuits, formal trousers, dress shirts, suits, sports coats, suit jackets, formal/floor-length gowns, dressy separates, dinner jackets, and other similar attire. Colors and fun patterns are welcome so long as they are formal! Cowboy boots will also be allowed with formal trousers or slacks.
We ask that you do not wear our wedding party colors: white, burgundy, cabernet, mulberry, or champagne-gold. Black dresses are welcome so long as they are not bridesmaid dresses. Since this is a formal event, we ask that guests please do not wear jeans, flip flops, tennis shoes, shorts, t-shirts, short rompers, polos, or, obviously, wedding dresses. While we do recognize that we chose Halloween for our wedding date, we ask that guests do not wear costumes.
Of course! A full buffet dinner will be provided by the venue through [Caterer]. More details to come.
