We ask that you please RSVP by February 26, 2027.

Is the celebration indoor or outdoors?

The celebration will have mainly indoor space with an outdoor patio and views of the lake to enjoy.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available if you choose to drive yourself.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Charlotte Douglas Airport.

What is the best way to get around?

Answer

Charlotte is a super walkable city. Depending on where you stay there will be plenty within walking distance. If you do not rent a car, Uber will be your best bet on getting around.

What kind of food will be there?

Answer

We will have heavy hors d'oeuvres at the celebration along with a bar.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The venue is an upscale restaurant with views of the lake, so the dress code is dressy casual, think spring dresses, jumpsuits, for women and dress pants, button downs, jacket, but no tie for the guys.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will be providing buses for safe transportation from the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Uptown & the AC Hotel Charlotte SouthPark. If you are not staying in either of these you can uber to one of the hotels and hop on from there. Buses will pick up at 4:45pm and will leave the venue at 8:45pm.
