What about parking?

Answer

Question

Can I take my own pictures and/ or videos?

Answer

We will be asking our guests to be "unplugged" during the ceremony. Our lovely photographer will be capturing the memories for us, and we encourage all other cameras and phones to be turned off and put away. Personal pictures and/ or videos during the reception are allowed.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal Ladies: Please refrain from wearing white and burnt orange (to avoid matching the bridesmaids')

Is there heat and/ or air conditioning?

Answer

Yes, all venues have heat and/ or air conditioning, whichever is needed depending on the weather. The ceremony will be outdoors, weather depending. October in Northern Illinois can be unpredictable. Please dress accordingly and it may be a good idea to have a jacket, cardigan, or shawl on hand in case of chillier weather.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Absolutely! All children are welcome and should have been included on your invitations. There are 2 highchairs available for use during the reception, if needed. Please Note: Alcohol consumption will be present and there may be profanity in select songs during the reception.

When are RSVP's due?

Answer

July 1st, 2026 To RSVP please click on the "RSVP" tab at the top of the page If you need to make any changes AFTER you have already RSVP'd- please personally contact the bride or groom or our parents.

Are there restrooms?

Answer

Yes, all venues have indoor men's and women's restrooms. Changing tables are provided in both women's and men's restrooms at both locations.

What about gifts or registry?

Answer

Our registry is linked at the top of the page under the "Registry" tab. Our registry has the option to send gifts directly to our home and we encourage this method of delivery. If you would like to purchase a gift or bring a card physically to the reception, there will be a small table dedicated for that purpose.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, all venues are wheelchair accessible. The ceremony venue at the Marina Pavilion is all ground-level. There is access to drive a vehicle all the way up to the main door. If this accommodation is needed, please let the bride and groom know ahead of time. The reception venue at the Owner's Club Social Hall has an elevator.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking or vaping is NOT prohibited inside any venue location or on the patio/ balcony. To partake, you have to go at least 15 feet from the building (venue policy).
