If you know Kathryn and Joe then you have definitely heard your fair share of Copperhead stories. Copperhead Grille sits on the edge of DeSales campus and is where the happy couple first met. Joe walked into the kitchen on Kathryn's first day...with a black eye... but that did not scare her away for long. Mutual copperhead friends attempted multiple times to set them up but it never quite worked out. Until January of 2017. For their first date, Joe took Kathryn out to dinner in the promenade. During the date they suddenly realized every employee was rolling silverware at the bar while they were those people. The people who were so wrapped up in the conversation they completely lost track of the time and their surroundings. They were the only people left in the restaurant. The servers had started to close down the restaurant around them and they still did not realize it. They very quickly apologized and left only to do that again the following week. Cheers to many more dates where time stands still and the world around us fades.
