What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm. Please arrive to the venue between 3:30-3:45 to allow time for parking and finding a seat. Additional Parking info can be found below!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

"When you arrive at Della Terra, the transportation staff will instruct you where to park. The transportation staff will pick you up at your parking spot and take you to the ceremony location." *Handicap Guest Parking* Handicap guests will be given the option of designated parking area or assistance from event parking area. Please discuss the options with traffic control upon arrival to determine which area you would prefer.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation staff will be available to take you to your car. Please, do not drink and drive. If you plan on drinking, please designate a driver. Please note the shuttle and taxi services available in Estes Park to arrange transportation from the event. You may always leave your vehicle at Della Terra and pick it up the next morning. Remember, you will be drinking at high elevation and leaving on mountain roads, please plan ahead. If you need a ride share service - Uber/Lyft will be available however the wait times may be long. Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Since the wedding is the day before Halloween, feel free to pack their costumes! They’ll have a chance to change during the reception so they can dance the night away in spooky (or super cute) style.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Western formal- Think cocktail attire with personality- boots with your dress and hats with your suits! Denim jackets and bolo ties are all welcome! Semi-formal attire is also welcome!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We are hosting Cocktail Hour, after that we will move to a cash bar. Please keep in mind that 1 drink at this altitude = 2 at home.
