The wedding and reception will take place at The Evergreen in SE Portland. It is indoors and they have top notch air conditioning. Cocktail hour will be down below at Loyal Legion. If you arrive to the wedding before the doors have opened, feel free to grab a refreshment downstairs.

Parking

Answer

Parking at the venue is very limited. We will have a shuttle taking people to-and-from The Jupiter Hotel before and after the wedding (see below). There is also a large parking lot outside of Kendre's work just a block away from the Jupiter at 975 SE Sandy Blvd, Portland, OR 97214. You can park here and walk over to the shuttle at the hotel located at 800 E Burnside St, Portland OR 97214. Otherwise, please consider using a ride share service like Uber or Lyft.

We have a shuttle van taking people to and from The Jupiter Hotel to The Evergreen which is about a 3 minute drive. The shuttle will be available to family from 3 pm - 3:30 pm, and then available to all guests from 3:35 pm - 4:30 pm. The shuttle will take a pause during the festivities and pick back up from 8:30 pm - 11:30 pm.

Can I take photos?

Not during the ceremony, we’d love for you to be fully present with us then. After that — snap away and tag us so we can relive the fun!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We want everyone happily fed! Our caterer has plenty of allergy friendly, vegan, and gluten friendly options. Please reach out to us directly or list your information on your RSVP ahead of time and we’ll make sure your plate is just as delicious.

When should I tell our babysitter we will be home by?

Answer

Our official wedding celebration will be ending at 11 pm but we wont snitch... We will have an after party from 11 pm - 1 pm!
