Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is semi-formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. No jeans or shorts!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by May 20th, 2026. You may RSVP online or mail back your RSVP card.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only bring a plus one/date if your invitation is addressed to you and a guest.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

If your children are listed on the interior envelope of your invitation, they may attend the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. A large amount of parking is available at both locations. At Abbey Road Farm, please try to park on the northside of the venue. Southside parking is for the winery tasting room guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Newberg, OR. Guests can call the hotel directly at 971-281-8300 and ask for the Davis/Coleman Wedding rate for June 19th - 20th, 2026. At this time there is no transportation provided from the hotel to the ceremony or reception venues.
