Thursday Afternoon Hangout (Yampa River Float Cancelled)

Due to low river levels, we've made a slight change to our Thursday afternoon plans. Instead of floating the Yampa, we'll be gathering at the base area of Steamboat Resort near the creek and beach area. This is a relaxed, come-and-go gathering where everyone can enjoy the afternoon however they'd like. There is a grassy areas to spread out, a creek and small beach area, plenty of spots to sit and lots of room for kids and adults to play and visit. Food and drink is available for purchase from nearby spots including Los Locos, Slopeside Grill and Mythology Distillery. Grab a bite, enjoy a drink and spend time catching up with friends and family before the wedding festivities begin. Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the underground garage at Torian Plum. From there, it's just a short walk to the creekside gathering area. Creekside casual. Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a hat, sunglasses, or a light layer for the evening. We can't wait to see everyone there!

Pizza and Salad Join us for a relaxed Friday lunch to refuel, reconnect, and spend a little intentional time together before heading to the night event and the rest of the weekend fun! We may use this time for a few short welcomes, toasts, or shout-outs — nothing formal, just sharing some love so the wedding day itself can be more fun. What to know: • Casual, come-and-go lunch • Pizza and salad provided • Light remarks may happen, but no full program • Kids welcome • From here, we’ll roll toward the rodeo (or meet there if you prefer)

Boots, Bulls & Big Cheers Friday night we’re heading to the rodeo for a classic Steamboat evening. Come cheer, laugh, and soak up the western vibes — whether you join us for the whole thing or just swing by for a bit. What to know: • Casual group night out • Come as you are (boots encouraged, not required) • Family-friendly fun • You’re welcome to head over with the group on the steamboat free bus or meet us there It’s $27.75 per adult and little less for kiddos. No pressure, just a fun night under the lights with good people.

Complimentary Wedding Day Shuttle Service

Complimentary Shuttle Service Due to limited parking at the venue, we have provided our guests with a complimentary shuttle service. Please RSVP if you plan to ride so we can plan accordingly. And send out Shuttle times the week of the wedding! There is absolutely no drinking and driving ABSOLUTELY no exceptions. We want everyone to celebrate, have fun, and return home safely. If you plan to drink, please use the shuttle or arrange a designated driver. Thank you for helping us make this a safe and memorable weekend for everyone.

NO DOGS. NO EXCEPTIONS. We love your dogs but find a sitter for them for the weekend. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD RESPONSIBLY. There will be absolutely no drinking and driving ZERO exceptions. There will be a shuttle service for guests with pick up and return times and location closer to the wedding date.
We’re so excited to celebrate with your whole family !! Kids included, during the daytime festivities. However, beginning at 8:30pm the evening celebration will be strictly adults-only. All children will need to head home with a sitter or caregiver at that time. As parents ourselves, we completely understand the planning this takes and truly appreciate you arranging childcare so everyone can relax and enjoy the late-night party with us. We do have sitters that we recommend and do realize if you are coming from out of town you may need our help with finding a local babysitter, so please reach out to Coleman or I directly ! Thank you for helping us enjoy the evening as adults-only!!!
