When is the RSVP deadline?

Please respond by August 1st so that we may prepare our vendors for their best service.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden party cocktail and festive semi-formal, but ultimately, we want you to be comfortable! We do not recommend wearing stiletto heels -- the reception will be held on a grassy lawn so chunky heels, platforms, or sandals are best. We don't want anyone ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.

Please check your invitation for your +1 status as it will provide you invitations for everyone in your party.

Am I invited to the Friday festivities?

Answer

Everyone is invited to come spend time on the lake and come to the Welcome Party! We would love for you to make a weekend of this so we can spend as much time with you as possible. For more information on location and time of these events, see the Schedule page.

I'm confused on the accommodations. Where should I stay?

Answer

Our venue has a limited number of accommodations. We would love to house people if we can; many of these accommodations are bunk style rooms but we also have some private accommodations as well. Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! We love kids and want them to be part of our special day!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We highly anticipate humidity and sun in late summer in Alabama. The ceremony and dinner will be outside, so please dress accordingly.

Are the ceremony and reception wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, roads and walkways lead directly to the ceremony and venue. We will also provide a golf cart for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!

Where should I park?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking near the entrance and you will be directed to the open lot directly beside the venue. You may also choose to arrive by boat! For those needing extra assistance, there are golf carts to assist.
