We're Getting Married!

We met on our very first day of medical school on the island of Sint Maarten - two students who had no idea they'd one day be growing and building a life together. What started as group study sessions, shared anatomy labs and even more shared stress slowly turned into something much more. Somewhere between the textbooks and clinical exam labs, we fell in love. One year later, we toasted our first anniversary in Paris - proof that even medical students can find time for some fun. From there, we moved to Chicago, where we learned how to build a home - our first apartment together laughing a lot, way too much difficulty getting a couch, and too many take-out containers to count. It was there, surrounded by friends, one too many Malort dares and lakefront hangouts, where we got engaged. We spent a month traveling in Europe, creating memories we'll be telling our kids about someday. An amazing opportunity to fall in love all over again in new cities. We lived more in those 4 weeks than we could ever fit into a paragraph. Today we live in NYC as the people we only once dreamed of becoming. From small island classroom to big city hospitals, we've grown up side by side. We've studied, stumbled, celebrated and supported each other through every step of this journey. We're so excited to take this next one on with all of you by our sides.
