Formal. We are excited to dress up and celebrate with everyone and we hope that you will enjoy too! (For Example: Men-Dress pants, button up shirt and tie, Women-Long Dress)
We kindly ask that you keep your phone put away or in your car during the Ceremony. We have hired 2 professional photographers to capture our day, and would hate for a photo to be ruined with a phone in it.
We are hoping for lucky warm November weather! Please plan for the ceremony to be outside unless it is raining, or below freezing.
Your invite will address everyone that is invited. If a plus one was not provided, we kindly ask that you respect this choice as we do have a guest limit to stick to.
Any children that are invited will be addressed on your invitation. We have set an age limit as we want moms and dads to enjoy their night out! If your child is invited and they choose to not come, please just let us know so we can plan our guest count accordingly.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time on your invitation and no more than 20 minutes early. This will allow you plenty of time to park, enter the venue, and find a seat.
YES! The Ceremony will be held outside, while the dinner and dance will be held inside. Unless raining or below freezing, we will move the ceremony to indoors! Once you arrive you should not have to leave until you go home!
YES! A shuttle will be provided from the hotel to our venue!
