Why did you choose to elope?

Answer

We’ve always loved keeping things simple and focused on what matters most to us. After almost eight years together, we realized we didn’t feel the need for a large traditional wedding. Choosing to elope allows us to be fully present, keep the day intimate, and share it with just our immediate family in a meaningful way. It feels the most true to who we are and how we’ve always done life together.

Why did you choose an intimate ceremony with just family?

Answer

We wanted the day to feel personal, calm, and centered around our commitment to each other. Having just our immediate family allows us to share such an important moment with the people closest to us while keeping the focus on the experience itself rather than a large event.

Are you having a celebration or reception back home?

Answer

Yes. We absolutely plan to celebrate with our friends and extended family once we’re back home. We’re still in the early stages of planning, but details will be shared soon. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone who has supported us throughout our journey.

Can we still celebrate with you even if we’re not at the elopement?

Answer

Of course. That’s actually why we’re planning a celebration back home. We want to make sure everyone we love has a chance to be part of this in their own way.

Can we see photos from the elopement?

Answer

Yes. We’ll be sharing photos after the day with family and friends. We want to capture the moment fully first, but we’re excited to share those memories once we have them.

Are you creating a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes. We’ve created a registry to help us fund our honeymoon and future adventures together. More than anything, your love and support means the world to us, and we feel incredibly grateful just to share this season of life with you. If you’d like to contribute, it will go toward making our honeymoon something really special and memorable.
