Flight
If you are planning on flying to Bend, please fly into the Bend/Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM). It's a very easy, small airport that is approximately a 30 minute drive to Brasada Ranch and Bend, itself. There are rental car facilities located at the airport, as well as uber options for transportation. If you are flying into RDM late in the evening, there can be less Uber options. I recommend scheduling a ride to mitigate cost and streamline pickup.
Hotel
All of the weekend festivities will be taking place on the grounds at Brasada. The housing options on the grounds can be reserved as two, three and four-bedrooms. Each cabin has a kitchen, living area, and bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, with an option for a hot tub. If a fully equipped cabin is a bit more than you need, Brasada offers Cabin King Guestrooms and Ranch House Suites/Guestrooms (both similar to what you might find in a hotel) and well suited for individual guests or couples. The Cabin King Guestrooms are made up of two, thee and four-bedroom cabins with their own private bedroom and bathroom, with optional shared living and dining areas. Please note the Ranch House rooms are adult only and not pet friendly. Dogs are welcome in select cabins for an additional pet fee. Please inquire when booking.
