When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 1st so we can accommodate arrangements with our vendors.

Do you hold a registry somewhere?

Answer

We are so grateful for your love and support as we celebrate our wedding! At this time, we do not have a traditional registry. With the football season keeping our living situation a bit tricky, we are trying to keep things simple and travel light. If you feel led to give, we would be incredibly thankful for a contribution toward our honeymoon after the season ends. We look forward to finally slowing down and celebrating together, but your presence alone means the world to us!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes, yes, yes! There will be a welcome party on Sunday, a night before “I do” dinner on Monday, and the wedding on Tuesday. Please check out the ‘Schedule’ tab for more details on events.

Where is the wedding party staying?

Answer

The beautiful Hardscrabble Ranch accommodates enough for the bridal party. We will be staying at the ranch from Sunday-Wednesday. Our families will be staying in the hotels listed under the ‘Travel’ tab and nearby Air-bnb’s!

When does the ceremony start?

Answer

We are hoping for 4:45 sharp. Please consider this into your arrival time and be mindful of the time to park and find your seat—think more of a 4:30 arrival. We are hoping to make it a shorter ceremony, so you should be released for cocktail hour around 5:00.

What should you wear?

Answer

Please look at semi-formal style attire. For men, we suggest dress pants or khakis with a collared shirt. For women, we suggest an elevated sundress or casual separates. Although we do not want you to feel pressured into purchasing just for this occasion, we would love to see you in your best! When choosing shoe choice, keep in mind that the ceremony will be held in gravel & grassy areas. The weather tends to reach mid 80’s in Bozeman in late August.

Indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside in a grassy area! Cocktail hour will be held indoor/outdoor and the reception will be indoor.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with you! Unfortunately, we’re keeping our guest list small, so we’re only able to accommodate the people named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

Will there be drinks served?

Answer

Yes, we will be having an open bar for the night. Although we are excited to enjoy the night with you all, we ask that you be safe in your consumption and make sure you have an accommodation set up for transportation post-celebration!
