Let us know if you will be available to help us transition between brunch and the ceremony. Our bride and her maids will be getting ready during this time. The groom and his men will need the earlier part of this time to get ready and then the groom will help organize

Ceremony - PG

3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Ceremony is Black Tie Mandatory

Guests are required to wear black and white only for the ceremony. A change of clothes may be brought if you wish to change into a different color for the reception, however, you must not wear silver, green, or red under any circumstances. We will also require an admit one, such as your phone for the ceremony in order to reduce the amount of pictures taken during the ceremony with the exception of the professional photographer hired. this is nonnegotiable. Phones will be put in a bag with members of your table group only and they will be brought to your table once the ceremony has completed. If you know you cannot make it under any circumstances please RSVP as not coming. If you are definitely coming or unsure, mark as attending. The official invite will be sent out closer in time and at that point, we will be able to get a more accurate reading as we would not like to send more invites than necessary.

This is black tie, optional, you may bring a change of clothes in color, but they may not be in red, gray, or green. Food will be buffet style and you can BYOB We are working with the site owner to get site and cabin spaces available. However, it will be unclear if this is a possibility until we get closer to the wedding date. The consistency of warm weather and clear skies will be a factor. Please respond if you would be interested in a space, and if so, specify the type (Site or Cabin). Note that cost of site is unclear at this time and will be your responsibility. The poll is currently for interest and has no promise of security but we will communicate accordingly so you can plan ahead.
