If you’re flying in, the closest major airport is Denver International Airport (DIA). Grand Lake is about a 2.5-hour scenic drive from the airport. A rental car is highly recommended!

Denver International Airport (DIA) has plenty of easy, on-site rental car options through all major agencies. For availability and details, please check the DIA rental car website below. Because Grand Lake is a small mountain town with very limited rideshares, we highly recommend renting a car for the weekend!

Directions

Please do NOT rely on GPS, instead follow these directions: • From Denver-take I-70 West into the mountains to exit 232 (Hwy 40) • Continue on Hwy 40 through Granby, exit Hwy 34 toward Grand Lake • On Hwy 34 after you pass mile marker 13, you'll take a left on CR 466 (about 1/2 mile past mm 13). Do not turn left before CR 466 no matter what GPS tells you! • Stay on CR 466 as you wind back into the neighborhood, and the road will fork at the meadow after about 1.5 miles. Veer left at this fork--this is where CR 466 turns into CR 464. • The lodge is the second house on the right, large boulders at long driveway

RiverSong Lodge can ONLY accommodate 20 overnight guests, so the lodge will be reserved exclusively for the wedding party. For all other guests, there are plenty of great lodging options nearby—including Airbnbs, VRBOs, cabins, lodges, and camping sites.
