When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by January 6th so we can have an accurate headcount.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?
Answer
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.

Is there a dress code?

Dress to impress! Our wedding is formal/cocktail attire.

Are children allowed?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We would like our loved ones to enjoy and celebrate our special day, kid-free! We hope this gives you the perfect opportunity to enjoy a night out! Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

We ask our guests to dress in Formal/Semi-Formal attire. Please no jeans or t-shirt.

Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride (white, ivories and creams).

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
The ceremony and reception are at the same venue but located in different areas of the venue.

How is parking at the venue?

There is plenty of free parking at the venue.

How is the weather in Huntington Beach?
Answer
In May, average temperatures in Huntington Beach range from the mid-60s°F during the day to the mid-50s°F at night. As it can get chilly after sunset, we recommend bringing a light coat or jacket for added comfort.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors, while the cocktail hour will take place outdoors. We recommend bringing a light coat or jacket to stay comfortable in case the temperature drops.

What time is cocktail hour?
Answer
Cocktail hour is from 6 to 7PM. There will be passed hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.

How will food and drinks be served?
Answer
Dinner will be served family-style. For more details, please refer to the menu tab.

Will there be open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! In addition to the open bar, each table will have a bottle of alcohol for your enjoyment. Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!

Please let us know if you have any allergies/dietary restrictions. you may include it in the note section when you RSVP

Are we allowed to take photos with our phones or cameras during the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them using QR code/app we plan to use on our wedding day.

Our venue has no smoking gum policy.

Is there a gift registry?
Answer
The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us at our wedding. However, If you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a contribution towards our honeymoon.
