Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as (Your Name) + (Guest) if a plus one has been given to you!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Our wedding will have a black tie optional dress code and we absolutely cannot wait to see you all get dressed up! For gentlemen this typically means a suit or a tuxedo, for the ladies a floor length or midi dress is recommended! We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the elegance of the evening. Please note that we are having an outdoor ceremony!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to limited capacity at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding as an adults-only event and we appreciate your understanding on this!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 p.m. so we ask that all guests arrive no later than 20 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time! If you arrive late, you will be stopped until after the ceremony is complete and may join us for the rest of the evening!

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras please). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and would appreciate it if our professional photos didn't have cell phones in the background! We promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking at the venue across the street at the marina!
Question
What does transportation to the wedding look like?
Answer
We are offering transportation to and from the venue via buses! We want all of our guests to be safe while traveling to and from our wedding! If you plan on partaking in the party please consider using our provided transportation. Please note the buses will only make one trip each way. The bus will leave the Kent Narrows Hyatt promptly at 3:15 PM and will not be returning for a second trip. There will also only be one trip back to the Hyatt / Jetty Bar at the conclusion of the reception 10:00 PM. If you do not plan to stay for the entire reception please consider driving yourself! There will be plenty of parking for those who prefer to drive themselves - it is okay to leave your car at the venue over night just please have them picked up by the next day at noon. Please note that ride-sharing options are limited in this area.
