We want to keep our wedding small. Here is a breakdown of how we're addressing plus ones! Disclaimer: Please know we aren't declining plus ones we aren't familiar with to be mean, we just want to keep our wedding intimate with close family and friends! Married Couples - We're anticipating seeing you both, and we can't wait! If one of you can't make it, just let us know! Your save the date was addressed to you, but you're curious about bringing a plus one - Please message us BEFORE you rsvp if this is you. As we said, we're keeping it small & wanting to celebrate with our close friends and family!
During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you to keep your phones down. Our very good friends Alyssa Bice andMorgan Worlledge will be covering the photos, and they are very good at what they do! However, at the reception, take as many pictures as you want. Afterwards, please do not make posts on social media about the wedding until either of us has done so. Thank you for your understanding!
We kindly ask that you please save your flannels and blue jeans for the reception. That's where the party starts! For the ceremony, heels/ dress shoes, and tuxes are not required. Keep in mind it will be autumn in Vermont, so bring something to help keep you warm! ◡̈
Yes! For anyone who has a hard time with stairs, has asthma, or hates walking, there is a ramp to the reception area and someone who will provide a ride up to the ceremony site.
Nope! Instead of putting together a registry, we ask that if you'd like to do something for us, it be to show up to help us celebrate and contribute to the honeymoon fund (If you'd like)
We will be asking our DJ to keep the party family-friendly for a while to keep things from getting too rowdy too fast. After a certain time, we will ask them to announce when the rowdy will begin. This is to give those who don't want to stay up late, aren't a fan of dancing, or anyone who isn't a fan of the music nowadays a warning! We understand! We want everyone to have a good time and feel comfortable, so please do not feel bad if any of those describe you! We're planning on setting up a game station with different activities as well!
