FAQs

If you have any other questions than what we have listed here, please feel free to reach out to us and ask!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP on this very website--just look at the top of the screen. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by April 4, 2026.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm (EST). You are welcome to join as early as 4pm. We recommend you arrive by 4:30pm in order to give you time to find a seat.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, this is an adult-only function.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed their name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Multiple parking lots are located around the venue with signage that indicates where to go. Since the ceremony and reception are located on the same property but are walking distance apart, the venue has access to golf carts to allow for easier access to and from. We've also been told you can leave your cars overnight!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are a handful of hotels and Airbnbs in the area for you to choose from. Due to the venue location, hotels will be located in nearby cities of Frederick and Gettysburg and about a 30-minute drive.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to inform us and we will confer with our caterer.

Question

Can I take pictures of my own?

Answer

We have paid for two professional photographers to capture how the ceremony looks, we have invited you so you may capture how the ceremony feels. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. Some of these photos will be posted on social media for viewing purposes. After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!
