Question

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

The venue is at the top of a mountain. We are trying to make it easier for our guests when they arrive. However, we are not planning on having a shuttle go to and from a specific hotel. There is parking at the venue but NOT recommended for compact vehicles. For those with compact vehicles there is additional (but limited) leveled parking at the venue. We will have a valet service for our guests when they arrive.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking our guests to RSVP no later than late November.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are intending to keep our wedding small, so if you are insistent on bringing a date please run it by the bride and groom first.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

As a creative format for photos and overall experience, we are asking our guests to dress under the following color palette: Black, Olive or Sage green, Blush pink/orange, and Tan (not white). Sequins and glitter are encouraged for NYE! Semi-formal to formal dress is recommended to include suits and cocktail dresses. Recommend an outer layer as it will be chilly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking and optional (free) valet parking for our guests at the venue site! It is a windy road going up to the venue so bring your best driver! If you have a compact, low to the ground vehicle, we have limited spaces that will work with compact vehicles onsite.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are planning on guests to arrive no later than 4:30 PM EST not CT for a half hour of welcoming and warm drinks before the ceremony.
