What is the date, time & location of the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on March 8, 2027 at Bella Cosa, Lake Wales, Florida. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, followed by the reception immediately after. Please arrive no later than 3:30pm.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We invite you to dress in semi-formal attire with a romantic flair: think cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits for women, and suits (or a blazer + tie) for men.

Is the ceremony outdoors? What happens if it rains?

Answer

Yes — the ceremony will be outdoors, overlooking the lake and beautiful grounds of Bella Cosa. If rain occurs, Bella Cosa offers indoor ceremony options, so we’ll keep you updated that day and will make sure you still enjoy a beautiful setting.

Are children allowed?

Our celebration is an adults-only event. We kindly ask that you arrange childcare ahead of time so that you can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation indicates a “+ Guest,” you’re welcome to bring someone. Please be sure to RSVP with both names by our deadline so we can plan the seating accordingly. If you have questions about your invitation, feel free to reach out.

When and how should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 8, 2027. You can submit your RSVP through our wedding website, (This will open after formal invitations are sent out) or by the enclosed card in the invitation. If your plans change after you’ve RSVP’d, simply contact us and we’ll adjust as needed.

What about dietary restrictions & drinks?

Answer

Please indicate any dietary restrictions along with your RSVP so we can accommodate them. There will also be a full open bar—so whether you prefer crafted cocktails, wine, or non-alcoholic options, we’ve got you covered.

The formal festivities will wrap up at 10:30pm, followed by a brief send-off.
