What should I wear for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding day is formal. We ask that guests please wear a suit, dress slacks, and tie or floor-length, midi, or cocktail dress with dress shoes. Please note the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Our Lady of Lourdes between 1:30 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 2:00 p.m. Shuttle services will be provided, please check back for departure times.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accomodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. Our invitation will indicate whether you will be able to invite a guest. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.

What do I do during the break?

Answer

With the ceremony ending around 3 p.m. and the cocktail hour starting at 4:30 p.m., you'll have a little free time on Saturday afternoon. Use this time however suits you! Head back to the hotel to rest and freshen up or go somewhere fun to watch the Michigan vs Nebraska game. You can find things to and restaurant recommendations in the Things To Do section. Just make sure you're back in time for the appetizers and drinks at 4:30 p.m.!
