Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both take place at the Venue at Springfield Estate, you can find the address on the wedding detail button above. You will have to travel down a dirt road.

What if i can't make it?

Answer

We’ll miss you! If you’re unable to attend, please update your RSVP as soon as possible and/ or reach out directly to Cole or Anna so we can plan accordingly.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2026 if you are planning to come. If you do not RSVP you will not be able to attend!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 45 to 30 minutes early so you can grab a seat and settle in. You will be shuttled from the parking area to the ceremony venue.

Where is the parking area?

Answer

Once you follow the dirt road you will reach another dirt road with beautiful oak trees, the parking area will be on the left. Please look for the staff as they will assist you on where to wait for the shuttle! The shuttle will bring you to the ceremony as stated above.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal / Cocktail attire. We encourage guests to dress up for the occasion! For men, this typically means a suit and dress pants. For women, cocktail dresses or formal dresses. Think classy, celebratory, and comfortable enough to dance the night away. Our special day will feature a blush pink and sage green color scheme, and we encourage everyone to wear soft colors that complement these tones beautifully such as champagne, cream, light gray, or even subtle florals. Please do not come wearing Jeans or white!

Open bar?

Yes. We’d never do you like that. There will be Beer and wine for cocktail hour and then we will add in mixed drinks for the reception!

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! There will be both vegetarian and meat options available at stations which will be served by the table. If you can't live without knowing reach out to either Anna or Cole and we will tell you!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re asking for an unplugged ceremony, please keep phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present. Our two photographers and videographer will capture everything, we promise. You are more than welcome to take pictures at any time after!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided ONLY for those who are taking advantage of the open bar and/ or room block. One bus will run between the hotel and the venue. We are still planning but seats are limited, so please reach out and RSVP for this as soon as you can! Pickup time will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Will there be games or betting at the reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be a few friendly betting style games during the reception for those who want to participate. Completely optional no pressure, just for fun. There will also be yard games if that's more your style!

Where should I put my gift?

There will be a gift table, but there will also be an address to send gifts to if you do not want to bring them!

When should I leave?

Answer

After the formal portion of the reception, the evening will continue with dancing and celebrating into the night. Things may get fun, Guests should plan transportation based on their comfort level with a late night.
