- After the wedding ceremony, the newly weds and bridal party will be leaving to go take photographs - Guests will have some down time prior to the beginning of the wedding reception at Salvatore's, which begins at 5:00 PM (earliest guests may arrive is 4:45 PM) - Guests at this time have free reign to do as they choose (This would be a great time for guests to check in to their hotels if they plan on staying downtown) - Listed below are locations near St. Mary of the Angels Church: 1) Lottie's Pub (1925 W Cortland St, Chicago, IL) 2) Bucktown Pub (1658 W Cortland St, Chicago, IL) 3) The Hurley Tap (1645 W Cortland St, Chicago, IL) - Listed below are locations near Salvatore's: 1) Gaslight (2450 N Clark St, Chicago, IL) 2) The Field House (2455 N Clark St, Chicago, IL) 3) Tin Lizzie (2483 N Clark St, Chicago, IL) During this down-time period, guests have free reign to do as they choose, and will be in charge of their own transportation decisions prior to the reception.
