What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our event is garden attire. Sun dresses and suites!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

September in the south bay is usually warm to hot. Averaging between 70 degrees to 90 degrees. Bring a light jacket or cover up for the evening. You never know if the ocean breeze will pick up.

Why can't I see the ceremony on the schedule?

Answer

Our Ceremony will be a very intimate private gathering for our family members early on in the day. We are very excited to see you at the celebration following!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Our RSVP deadline is August 1st 2022. However if you have special dietary requests the sooner you RSVP the better chance we'll have of accommodating you. You can RSVP by mailing us back your RSVP card or you can do it here on our website by clicking the RSVP Tab

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at 3pm during our welcome cocktail hour and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

We will have an on site Valet service.

Will the Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Reception will take place outdoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be a 12 years and up event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! we will be serving both food and drinks throughout the evening!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We have a number of guests with dietary restrictions, we will do our best to accommodate everyone. As you RSPV you will have chance to let us know, so the sooner you RSVP the better the chance we'll have of making sure there are options for you.

Can I take and post pictures of the reception on social media?

Answer

We encourage our guests to take and post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #MeettheMartins so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
