What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue with the exact numbers by a certain date, so please don't RSVP late! Please RSVP by March 31st using the RSVP tab in the menu.

What Do I Do if I can't make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

We’re keeping things small with a little celebration for close friends and family, and we’re so happy to have you be part of it! Just a quick note — the invite is just for those listed. Thanks for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-focused celebration. Children are welcome only if they are specifically included on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

There will be a lot marked on the venue site for parking on the day of the event.

We’re keeping things simple and relaxed for our microwedding, so feel free to dress comfortably—but polished! (Think “Western casual”)

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors and uncovered. The reception will be held outdoors, with coverage provided by open-sided event tents. Please note - the weather in May is unpredictable. We recommend you dress accordingly.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive by 4:45 PM to find your seat!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site of Buckhorn Exchange Ranch.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! Feel free to leave your car at the venue if you need to. You will need to pick it up the following day by 10:00 am.
